1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms regulate the sale of electronic tickets/participation rights in contests (“Service”) via the website shop.hokiliiga.ee.
1.2. Seller: DigitalHelp OÜ, registration code 17366277, address Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Vesivärava tn 50-301, 10152.
1.3. Applicable law: Republic of Estonia.
2. Subject of Purchase
2.1. A purchase on the website grants the right to participate in the selected contest subject to the rules, timing, and procedures of the event.
2.2. The number of places/slots may be limited. If slots are exhausted, the seller has the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount using the same payment method.
3. Price and Payment
3.1. All prices are indicated in EUR and VAT is added to the price during payment.
3.2. Payment is made online via payment providers. The contract is considered concluded after successful payment and order confirmation.
4. Right of Withdrawal / Refunds (important for “tickets”)
4.1. In general, online purchases are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union; however, exceptions may apply for leisure services/events on a specific date.
4.2. If participation/ticket is tied to a specific date and time: after purchase, refund/cancellation is not provided, except in cases of event cancellation by the organizer or other mandatory cases required by law.
4.3. If the date/time is not fixed: general withdrawal rules apply; the refund will be issued no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice (subject to legal requirements).
4.4. In case of event cancellation by the organizer: the buyer will be refunded the amount paid for the respective service within a reasonable time using the same payment method.
5. Age Restrictions (mandatory section)
5.1. Contests marked 18+ are available only to persons aged 18 or older.
5.2. The organizer/seller has the right to request proof of age before allowing participation.
5.3. If it is established after purchase that the participant is under 18, the seller has the right to deny participation.
5.4. For children’s contests, participation of minors is allowed with the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
6. Photos / Personal Data (important)
6.1. For the organization of contests, we process personal data (e.g., name, contact details, assigned participant number, photos). Legal basis: performance of a contract and/or consent (for photos/publications). GDPR requires transparency.
6.2. During events, photo and video recording may take place for event coverage, marketing, and public communication purposes of the organizer (including publication on the website and social media).
The processing and publication of such materials is based on the legitimate interest of the organizer in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Visitors and participants are informed about recording before the event begins.
A person who does not wish to appear in photo or video materials must inform the organizer or event staff before filming begins or leave the filming area. The organizer will take reasonable measures to respect such objection.
6.3. For minors, photo and video recording and publication are allowed only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian or when they are present at the event and do not object.
