2. What Data We Collect
Name, email/phone number, order details, payment information (processed by the payment provider), assigned participant number, photos (if applicable), technical data (IP/cookies).
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
- processing and fulfillment of orders (contract)
- organization of participation and participant identification (contract)
- “Souvenir” photos / publications (consent)
- accounting and legal obligations (law)
4. Data Recipients
Payment provider, hosting/email providers, analytics services (if enabled), photo/event contractors (where necessary).
5. Data Retention Periods
5.1. Orders and accounting documents are stored for 7 years in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
5.2. Personal data not related to accounting is processed until the completion of the event and stored for no longer than 3 months after its conclusion, unless otherwise required by law.
5.3. Photos created as part of the service (souvenir photos) are stored until delivery to the participant and for no longer than 3 months, after which they are deleted.
5.4. Photos and videos used for marketing and public purposes are stored until the data subject withdraws consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
6. User Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent. Complaint to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
